Performance Management

The aim of performance management is to provide a structured way of measuring performance at work, both for individuals in their jobs and for the organization as a whole.

In collaboration with their managers, staff members set annual goals that follow the SMAT template — Specific, Measurable, Aligned, and Timebound — and that focus both on job responsibilities and on learning and professional development.
